WORKING WITH PHOTOS - ADJUSTING COLORS, LIGHTING AND SHARPNESS
This month's tutorial was one that I wrote a while ago and suggests a couple of things that you can do to fix those photos that come out a bit too dark and toneless. These days there a lot of programs that have been created specially to do this, Lightroom to name one off the top of my head, but these steps can be done quickly within the Elements or Photoshop programs. I am sure PSP has similar adjustments as well.
I have also included an older layouts that I did with the example photo of the roses and for which I used Cilenia Curtis products.
Note: The tutorial below was written using PSE11 so some of the steps/commands could well be situated in a different location for other versions of PSE or Photoshop.
